Foundry Sand Treatment Conditioning Oil Description: Foundry Sand Treatment Conditioning Oil

Our Foundry Sand Treatment is used as a lubricant and internal release agent for Green Sand, Core Oil, Hot Box and Sodium Silicate sand mixes.

It reduces sticking; promotes core oil dispersion in a muller; increases sand flowability and reduces clean-up of sand handling equipment.

It is a blend of solvent and waxes, which increases lubricity, reduces sticking and increases sand density.

It out performs kerosene and other lubricating oils in reducing sticking; promotes core oil dispersion in a muller; increases sand flowability and reduces clean up of sand handling equipment.

FoundryGeneral® Sand Treatment 16-250 is used as a lubricant and release agent for Green Sand, Core Oil, Hot Box and Sodium Silicate sand mixes. FoundryGeneral® Sand Treatment 16-250 is a blend of solvent and waxes, which increases lubricity, reduces sticking and increases sand density.
