  FoundryGeneral® No Bake Release 125-RHP is a non-silicone release agent that provides excellent release properties on wood, plastic, or metal core boxes. Specially formulated for air setting resin systems, FoundryGeneral® No Bake Release 125-RHP affords superior film forming characteristics, producing a hard semi-permanent coating. As a result, multiple releases are obtained with minimum mold build-up.

No Bake Foundry Release, Mold Release Agent, Non Silicone Release Agent RECOMMENDED APPLICATION:

FoundryGeneral® No Bake Release 125-RHP is used as received. It must be mixed or shaken prior to use, as it tends to separate on standing. Once mixed, FoundryGeneral® No Bake Release 125-RHP can be applied by spraying, brushing, or wiping. The core box being coated must be cleaned of any previous build-up of release agent. Once cleaned, a uniform coat of FoundryGeneral® No Bake Release 125-RHP is applied to insure consistent performance. The frequency of application depends on core complexity, application technique, and condition of the tooling. Please refer to the MSDS for proper safety instructions.
