  FoundryGeneral® Mold Release 90 is an emulsion of modified dimethylpolysiloxane fluid that is designed to provide excellent release with low mold build-up in the manufacturing of tires and other molded rubber products. FoundryGeneral® Mold Release 90 is carried in water and can be diluted with water until the desired emulsion percentage is obtained.

FoundryGeneral® Mold Release 90 can be applied either by spraying, brushing or wiping. Whatever technique is used, it is recommended that a uniform coat be applied to insure consistent release capabilities. FoundryGeneral® Mold Release 90 is concentrated and is suitable for dilution with water to obtain the desired emulsion. The frequency of application will depend upon core complexity or part design, application technique and condition of the tooling. Please refer to the MSDS for proper safety instructions.
