FOUNDRY CLEANER 5095 WB has formulated to be used in an immersion system. FOUNDRY CLEANER 5095 WB is corrosive so take necessary precautions when using. FOUNDRY CLEANER 5095 WB should be heated to a temperature between 100 -150°F and agitated by some means (i.e. mixer, air, ultrasonic). The warmer the material, the more effective it will be. Boxes should remain immersed 15-20 minutes before removal at which point they should be added to CA-5 neutralizing solution. The boxes should then be blown off or steam cleaned. FOUNDRY CLEANER 5095 WB should not be used on aluminum parts.
