  FoundryGeneral® Mold Release 200 is a more viscous version of FoundryGeneral® Mold Release 100. It is a unique 100% solids blend of high grade silicones designed for use on all Cold Box processes. FoundryGeneral® Mold Release 200 has been shown to reduce box maintenance by providing a slick non-stick surface throughout the box.

FoundryGeneral® Mold Release 200 is used as received. It should be sprayed onto the working surface with an atomizing sprayer. Spray should be directed into the core box cavity to avoid parting line build-up. General Chemical can advise further on spray systems. Please refer to the MSDS for proper safety instructions.
